Shawn Syron, M.D.
Shawn P. Syron, M.D. is a Board Ceartified Family Practice physician who has been serving our community since 1998. He is dedicated to providing quality, caring and compassionate care to the families that he serves. Born in Waterford, Michigan, Dr. Syron attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He completed his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine. Like all of the physicians in our practice, he completed his residency training at William Beaumont Hospital. He served as chief resident in his final year at Beaumont Hospital.

Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, Dr. Beltz attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She completed her medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osetopathic Medicine. Dr. Beltz completed an internship with family practice emphasis at Mount Clemens General Hospital in 2001 and her residency training at William Beaumont Hospital. Her special interests include women’s health and preventative medicine. Dr. Beltz joined Troy Family Practice in 2005.

Harjaneet Bedi, M.D.
Harjaneet S. Bedi, M.D. is a Board Certified Family Practice physician who has been serving our community since 1999. Although he was born in India, Dr. Bedi has resided in the Metro Detroit area since the age of 10. After attending Troy Athens High School, he attended Wayne State University for his Bachelors of Science degrees in Biology and Psychology. Subsequently, he also received his medical degree from the Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr.Bedi completed his residency training in Family Medicine at William Beaumont Hospital. He joined Troy Family Practice in August 2006.
Dr.Bedi is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.

Ann Forde, N.P.
Ann Forde, M.S., NP-C, CDE is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with 20 years experience in nursing. She has worked at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak and Troy in labor and delivery, Maternal-Child Health, Pediatrics, Maternal-Fetal-Medicine, and for the last seven years corrdinator of the Outpatient Diabetes Education Program at Beaumont, Troy.
Born in Blue Island, Illinois, Ann attended The University of Michigan, where she received her Master of Science in Community Health Nursing, and her training as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She received her undergraduate degrees in Nursing at Oakland University and Henry Ford Community College. She is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practioner, and is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. Her special interests include diabetes care and education, women’s health, and health promotion/illness prevention.
Ann is board certified as an Adult Practioner by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Certified by the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators (NCBDE) as a Certified Diabetes Educater (CDE).
